{"id":641,"date":"2021-07-30T09:36:42","date_gmt":"2021-07-30T09:36:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/evolution-wp\/share\/shareholder-structure-copy\/"},"modified":"2022-08-28T12:07:38","modified_gmt":"2022-08-28T10:07:38","slug":"dividend","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.evolution.com\/investors\/share\/dividend\/","title":{"rendered":"Dividend"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<span class=\"mb-5 blue-underline subheading text-center\">Dividend<\/span>\n\n\n<p><strong>The Board of Evolution Gaming Group AB has adopted a dividend policy stating the company is to distribute a minimum dividend of 50 percent of net profit annually.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-general\">GENERAL<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Holders of the Company\u2019s shares will be entitled to receive future dividends, provided dividends are declared. The Board of Directors of the Company has adopted a dividend policy whereby 50 percent of the Company\u2019s consolidated net profit shall be paid in dividends. The Board of Directors shall take into account a number of factors when recommending that the Company pay a dividend, including the Company\u2019s future profits, investment needs, liquidity and development opportunities as well as general economic and business conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-payment\">PAYMENT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company declares dividends in EUR. Payment of dividends will therefore be made in EUR, provided that EUR can be received on the shareholder\u2019s account; if not, payment of dividends will be made in SEK, after currency exchange by Euroclear or the Company.
